Battery Knowladge
- Do not modify or disassemble dell tt485 battery.
- Don't pierce, hit, step on, crush or abuse the battery.Don't left the battery unused for a long time.
- Do not drop, hit or otherwise abuse the battery as this may result in the exposure of the cell contents, which are corrosive.
- Dell tt485 battery packs should ba charged for 12 hours when you first get them.
- Laptop batteries are completely dischardged at the time of purchase and need a full charge before their first use.
- Don't short circuit of the terminals by keeping your battery pack away from metal objects such as necklaces or hairpins.
- New dell tt485 battery comes in a unused condition, you should first fully discharge the capacity of the battery(let the laptop turn off auto). And then for 2~3 charge(suggest overnight) and discharge cycles before achieving maximum capacity.
- When charging your dell tt485 notebook battery for the first time your computer may indicate that charging is complete after just 10 or 15 minutes. Don’t worry, this is normal with rechargeable batteries. Just simply remove the dell tt485 from the laptop and repeat the charging procedure.
- If you have 2 or more pack of battery, it's wise to discharge and then fully charge it on battery power once a week or so, just to keep the battery fresh conditions.
- Do not expose the battery pack to direct sunlight. Never store or use the battery pack in an unventilated vehicle where excessive internal temperatures may be encountered.
