What payment means do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard and debit cards including JCB, Maestro-UK and Solo. Paypal is also accepted at our secure checkout site.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Sophisticated systems are set up to immediately send your order to our shipping department, where items are to be shipped out by the end of the following business day.

What do you consider my billing address?

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined

Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

If you have any difficulties, please feel free to reach us by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button on the website. We will get back to you shortly.

Are credit card transactions safe?

Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Payments are gone through Paypal or WorldPay servers, which use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser, so that customer's personal information can be protected.

Do you charge sales tax?

A sales tax of 8.75% would be charged to customers in the New York State.

What is a battery?

In science and technology, a battery is a device that stores energy and makes it available in an electrical form. It converts chemical energy into electrical energy, producing an electric current when connected in a circuit. The finished battery is an electrically connected group of cells (wired in series) that stores an electrical charge and supplies a direct current (DC). We usually call finished battery as battery pack and unfinished battery is called as cell.

How to classify batteries?

Batteries are grouped into following categories:

Alkaline battery

Zincic carbolic battery

Lead-Acid battery

Nickel-metal-hydride

Nickel-cadmium

Lithium battery

Li-ion battery

Li-polymer battery

Fuel cells

Solar cells

Other types of battery

What are the differences between Primary Battery and Rechargeable Battery?

A primary battery is not intended to be recharged and is discarded when the battery has delivered all of its electrical energy.

A rechargeable battery is a galvanic battery which, after discharge, is restored to the fully charged state by the passage of an electrical current through the cell in the opposite direction to that of discharge.

What causes short lifetime of battery?

  1. Charger or electro circuit can't be fit for the battery.
  2. Overcharge and over-discharge, etc.
  3. Battery can't comply with the charging requirement

The lifetime of a battery can be prolonged by:

  1. Using the original charger
  2. Charging the battery after it automatically powers off, then full charge the battery
  3. Avoiding erroneous usage of battery, such as heavy pressure, short circuit, fall off and so on

Why can't the battery be charged?

  1. The battery has no voltage.
  2. The charger has no output electric current.
  3. Low charging efficiency due to external cause

Solutions to the problem:

  1. Test whether the charger has voltage and output electric current or not.
  2. Check if the charger is well contacted with battery.
  3. Activate the battery with voltage and current 1.5 times higher than those of the battery. (Use this method only when the battery can't be charged.)

What are the reasons that cause battery with no voltage or low voltage?

  1. No voltage.
  2. External shot circuit or overcharge, anti-charge
  3. Cells expansion and short circuit caused by direct anode contact and continuous high efficiency electric current overcharging.

It can be avoided by:

  1. Checking if the battery is without voltage or electric current
  2. Avoiding short circuit
  3. Avoiding collision and pressure among batteries
  4. Charging the battery after it automatically powers off, then full charge the battery.

Battery Maintenance and User Instructions

  1. A new battery usually maintains a discharged condition with very low capacity. It is highly recommended to fully charge new battery packs before using. You can refer to the users' guide of your electronic device for charging instructions.
  2. A new battery pack needs to be circled (fully discharged and recharged) three to five times to reach its optimum performance.
  3. Rechargeable battery will undergo self-discharging when left unused for a long period of time. Thus, it should always be stored in a fully charged state and kept in a cool, dry and clean place.
  4. To maintain the optimum performance of a battery pack, it is highly recommended to circle (fully discharging and recharging) it at least once a month.
  5. It is normal if a new battery gets warm when being charged or used. However, please pay special attention if the battery pack becomes excessively hot. This may indicate there is a problem with the charging circuit of the electronic device. Please consult a qualified technician if necessary.
  6. New batteries are hard to be charged. Sometimes, your electronic device may indicate a fully charged condition about 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is being charged for the first time. When this happens, remove the battery pack and let it cool down for about 10 to 15 minutes then repeat the charging procedure. Sometimes, a new battery will suddenly refuse to be charged. If this happens, a suggested solution is trying to remove the battery from the device and insert it again.

Precautions when using a battery

    • Do not modify or disassemble it.
    • Do not incinerate or expose battery to excessive heat, which may result in an exposure.
    • Do not expose battery to water or other moist/wet substances.
    • Avoid piercing, hitting, crushing or any abuse use of the battery.
    • Do not forget to take away your battery from the device if you will not use it for a long time.
    • Avoid short circuit of the terminals by keeping your battery pack away from metal objects such as necklaces or hairpins.

Battery Knowladge

  1. Keep the battery clean. Avoid exposing the compaq armada e500_146511_ad1 battery to extreme heat or cold. If possible, avoid letting your laptop batteries sit dormant for long periods of time.
  2. If you don't plan on using the battery for a month or more, we recommend storing it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. Li-ion batteries will self-discharge during storage, remember to break them in before use.
  3. Do not expose compaq armada e500_146511_ad1 laptop battery to water or other moist/wet substances.
  4. Don't store your laptop battery compaq armada e500-146511-ad1 for long periods plugged into or attached to any power source, including AC adapters and laptop security carts plugged into an outlet;
  5. Higher Watt hours (Whr) or milliAmpere hour (mAH) on the same system under the same operating conditions means longer battery run time. For example, if you compare the same system, running the same applications, the compaq armada e500-146511-ad1 battery with 75Whr would provide approximately 37% more run time than the 53Whr Compaq battery.
  6. If you do not use your laptop for a long time, remove the compaq armada e500-146511-ad1 battery pack from the laptop.
  7. Please store laptop battery in a fully charged state and kept in a cool, dry and clean place.
  8. When charging your compaq armada e500-146511-ad1 notebook battery for the first time your computer may indicate that charging is complete after just 10 or 15 minutes. Don’t worry, this is normal with rechargeable batteries. Just simply remove the compaq armada e500-146511-ad1 from the laptop and repeat the charging procedure.
  9. If you have 2 or more pack of battery, it's wise to discharge and then fully charge it on battery power once a week or so, just to keep the battery fresh conditions.
  10. Do not expose the battery pack to direct sunlight. Never store or use the battery pack in an unventilated vehicle where excessive internal temperatures may be encountered.
