Battery Knowladge

1. Keep the battery clean. Avoid exposing the gateway bt.00603.051 battery to extreme heat or cold. If possible, avoid letting your laptop batteries sit dormant for long periods of time.
2. When you prepare to charge your battery, make sure the temperature is around the room temperature.
3. Do not expose gateway bt.00603.051 laptop battery to water or other moist/wet substances.
4. Charge Gateway Bt.00603.051 Replacement Battery before storing. The recommended charging time should not exceed 1 hour.
5. Higher Watt hours (Whr) or milliAmpere hour (mAH) on the same system under the same operating conditions means longer battery run time. For example, if you compare the same system, running the same applications, the gateway bt.00603.051 battery with 75Whr would provide approximately 37% more run time than the 53Whr Gateway battery.
6. Gateway bt.00603.051 battery packs should ba charged for 12 hours when you first get them.
7. We suggest removing the gateway bt.00603.051 Battery from your gateway laptop when running on fixed power.
8. If you have 2 or more pack of battery, it's wise to discharge and then fully charge it on battery power once a week or so, just to keep the battery fresh conditions.
9. Avoid short circuit of the terminals by keeping your gateway bt.00603.051 battery pack away from metal objects such as necklaces or hairpins.
10. Do not expose the battery pack to direct sunlight. Never store or use the battery pack in an unventilated vehicle where excessive internal temperatures may be encountered.
