Battery Knowladge

1. If you don't plan on using the battery for a month or more, we recommend storing it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. Li-ion batteries will self-discharge during storage, remember to break them in before use.
2. Charge Sony Pcga-bp2ny Replacement Battery before storing. The recommended charging time should not exceed 1 hour.
3. Do not drop, hit or otherwise abuse the battery as this may result in the exposure of the cell contents, which are corrosive.
4. Sony pcga-bp2ny laptop battery gets a little hot when it works, keep your laptop in a well ventilated place and keep it cool.
5. If you do not use your laptop for a long time, remove the sony pcga-bp2ny battery pack from the laptop.
6. Sony pcga bp2ny battery packs should ba charged for 12 hours when you first get them.
7. Laptop batteries are completely dischardged at the time of purchase and need a full charge before their first use.
8. Don't setting your sony pcga-bp2ny battery in the high humidity, high temperature, strong vibrative and dusty place.
9. Make sure to plug your sony pcga-bp2ny laptop charger adapter into a UPS and not directly into a power outlet or surge protector.
